JULIA CHIANG

Julia Chiang is a multidisciplinary artist that lives and works in Brooklyn, NY. Her work has been exhibited at places such as The Modern Institute in Glasgow, Nanzuka in Tokyo, The Journal in NY, Colette in Paris, Half Gallery in NY, OHWOW in Miami, and Deitch Projects in NY, with editions at The New Museum of Contemporary Art, Exhibition A, and The Standard. Julia is involved with the nonprofit RxArt and worked as an artist in resident at Mount Sinai Hospital. Julia's work has been written about in publications such as Whitewall Magazine, Modern Painters, Art in America, Flash Art, The New Yorker, The New York Times, Paper, Purple, and more. She released her first book Coming Together, Coming Apart with Picturebox and Nanzuka in 2013.
